There are three strength training sessions. Remember that you can shift these days around as you work through the program. Sessions take around 45 minutes to complete. In the first few months, you are building a base so that you will be ready and confident moving kettle bells as we increase the intensity later into the program.
Ooooh, we love this question. Inside FYS, you’re never really behind. You are where you are because life is messy. Progress isn’t linear. There are going to be weeks that you miss a day – that’s cool; keep going. TrueCoach (the app that houses the FYS program) allows you to move your training days around to work for you. Inside the full FYS program, calendar adjustments are always available for when life gets weird.
