    Thank you for considering FYS. to guide you in your movement practice. Please set aside 20-30 minutes dig deep into beginning your movement practice. This application will help you to define your goals, identify conditions needed to train, and consider the resources that will support you. Once you have completed this application, a team member will reach out to schedule a Find Your Strength conversation.
  • What's Your Why?

    On a blank piece of paper or in your phone’s note app, take a few minutes to brainstorm all of the reasons that you are considering strength training. As something comes to your mind, write it down without placing judgment on that idea. After you have spent at least three minutes, look at your list. Share below the three items that you find to be achievable and measurable over the course of the next three months.
